Each dwelling is different and we treat it as such. We take the time and attention needed to capture all information needed for a MTIP and IOE to be generated and a Retrofit Design to be completed.

Retrofit Coordination
Retrofit Coordination Services
Our Retrofit Coordination service can offer end-to-end solutions for your project. From individual projects to bulk delivery, privately funded or through a funding scheme, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience to undertake project delivery.
We also have connections to Retrofit Designers and Retrofit Installers if they are required for your project, but we are happy to work with anyone as long as they are committed to delivering the project compliantly and in a timely manner.
Having multiple Coordinators available to work behind the scenes helps to speed up our process and fill any gaps that appear along the way.
We pride ourselves on visiting site at least once a week and carrying out site inspections on all measures being installed. All site inspections are photographed and written up into a report for our clients and any third parties.
Our Retrofit Coordinators are also qualified Retrofit Assessors which gives us an edge in being able to offer in depth information on each dwelling.
