Our qualified Retrofit Assessors are Level 3 DEAs with Retrofit Assessor Qualification and Level 3 in Energy Efficiency in Older and Traditional Buildings.

We can undertake Retrofit Assessments on any property, no project is too big. With experience in ECO, SHDF, LADS and private sector we are highly experienced in a range of properties all over the country. We have surveyed houses for EWI, CWI, IWI, LI, Solar, ASHP and FTCH to name a few but we can cover all measures from PAS.

A Retrofit Assessment will typically take between 1 to 2 hours depending on the property. Our team can handle the booking process for appointments when working on larger projects. 

We are experienced Retrofit Coordinators ready to undertake projects of any type. With experience in ECO, SHDF, LADS and private work we have gone through the PAS process more than a handful of times. We can offer an end-to-end coordination service including Retrofit Assessment and Post EPCs.

The energy assessment will last approximately 1 hour, but this does depend on the size of the property. The assessment involves taking photographs externally and internally, taking measurements and drawing a floor plan. The photographs taken are used for evidence purposes if the assessor was to be audited. The type of evidence gathered includes: construction type, insulation levels, heating systems and ventilation systems. If you are in need of a SAP assessment carried out at design stage for Building Regulations compliance, along with Predicted Energy Assessment, then we can help. Our qualified Level 3 Domestic On-Construction Energy Assessors will be happy to help you with this process.

We can also help with recommendations for improvements, and will produce your new domestic dwelling a SAP EPC, lodged onto the official central register.
